Red ribbons are tied around the horns of lions during their eye-dotting ceremonies. All lions should have them, however, some competitive lion dance teams eschew the use of a ribbon on their lion as a weight-shaving measure. We have two kinds of red ribbon available. One is the starched and decoratively-folded ribbon found on altars and signs. These ribbons come with mirrors on top (available in silver or gold). Please specify size and color of mirror desired. The second type of ribbon is the soft, full ribbon ball used in decorative bunting and Chinese wedding ceremonies. Please specify size of lion you are buying for.
